Using a fluoridated toothpaste for sensitive teeth which can be directly spread over the affected areas and left on for 15 minutes followed by rinsing.
Using a fluoride rinse.
Wearing a night guard to alleviate symptoms of tooth grinding.
Good oral hygiene to reduce plaque build up and tissue irritation.
